Your mission

Manage and develop a rock-star team so to deliver effectively smart features and innovation to our platform, allowing our Client to succeed as a data-driven and devsumer-friendly organization.

Zakres zadań:

• Managing team of backend developers and data engineers. Ensuring effective and consistent execution of back-end coding and data engineering activities. Inspiring other engineers by sharing from best practices and ways of working
• Hands-on coding as a member of SCRUM team
• Taking part in defining architecture and code guidelines as a part of Architecture Board

Wymagania:

• Understanding of good OOP practices (keywords: SOLID, DDD) in PHP (preferable), node.js or Python
• Experience in working with AWS, ideally in Serverless environment
• Experience as a team leader or manager – at least 2 years
• A practical can-do mentality, with strong ability to get things done as an individual and with teams
• Good communicator with right attitude and good sense of humor 😉
